TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Service Agreement

By booking our mobile auto detailing services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Spokane Mobile Auto Detail provides professional mobile car detailing services in the greater Spokane, WA area.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• Services are scheduled by appointment only
• We recommend booking 2-3 days in advance
• Same-day appointments may be available based on schedule
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Weather conditions may require rescheduling outdoor services

3. Service Requirements

• Access to water spigot and power outlet required for most services
• Vehicle must be accessible at scheduled location
• Customer must be present or designate authorized representative
• Exterior services require temperatures above 32°F
• Paint correction services must be performed in shaded areas

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are based on vehicle size and condition
• Additional charges apply for midsize and full-size trucks/SUVs
• Excessively dirty vehicles may incur additional charges
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, check, and electronic payments

5. Service Area and Travel

• Free service within 15 miles of Spokane city center
• Small travel fee may apply for locations 15-30 miles out
• Service areas include Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, and surrounding areas
• We reserve the right to decline service outside our coverage area

6. Liability and Insurance

• We are fully insured for your protection
• Customer is responsible for securing vehicle and removing personal items
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicle
• Any concerns about service quality must be reported within 24 hours
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

7. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
• No-shows may be charged a service call fee
• Weather-related cancellations by us incur no charge

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
